IMPORTANT: This report identifies the real problem with law in general, and it is written in commoner terms, so we encourage you to read with an open mind. This report will undoubtedly open your eyes to the real problem in law enforcement, in every country on our planet.

We live in an imperfect world where no person is perfect, where imperfect people design imperfect governments and imperfect laws, to control, judge and prosecute imperfect people. As a whole, the residents of planet Earth always have, always do, and always will, judge others for acting like human beings.

The basic nature of the human being, since birth, is survival, and yet we all judge each other daily for doing what one needs to do to achieve self fulfillment. We are all of the same design and instinct, so, who are we to judge another person until we have walked miles in his or her shoes? Due to human nature, we are collectively judging ourselves through the prosecution of others in law.

What is the problem with the World's legal systems? The answer is the same for all legal infrastructures in virtually every other country on Earth. The answer quite simply is POLITICS. An idiom found in the dictionary  for the word "politics" is defined as " to deal with people in an opportunistic, manipulative, or devious way, as for job advancement".

The problem with law enforcement is that the people in positions of authority have the ability to manipulate and inflict harm amongst other people, and they usually get away with it, because of legal politics.

This problem exists across the natural world. The problem of "politics" is evident everywhere in public sector departments, private sector jobs, in apartment buildings, at schools, everywhere you look, people play "politics" with one another.

Policing is a noble intention, however, the reality of policing is far more sinister than the community is ever informed. Becoming an employee of a police department changes a person's views of society, and, it desensitizes their level of emotion toward other people's pain and trauma within the community.

Inevitably, the people in policing adopt a mentality no different than those people associated with the mob. (The sociology of a mob by the dictionary is, "a group of persons stimulating one another to excitement and losing ordinary rational control over their activity".) Why does policing encourage mob mentality?

We all want power, we all want authority, and we all want to be free of judgment. The number one way to achieve this is to join a police department, and why? Because police departments across the world operate under one rule, "one officer for all and all officers for one".

There are actually policies and legislations in place that force employee's of police departments to NOT report injustices committed inside their department. There is also the unwritten rules of conduct that manipulate these people to cooperate with each other's initiatives, no matter how wrong they may be.

People working in police departments inevitably come to realize that the job they dreamed of in school, the excitement of being a hero like Batman, is not the job they wanted. People who become sworn into policing quickly learn that policing is a job that requires them to...TARGET THE PEOPLE IN THEIR OWN COMMUNITY, NOT PROTECT THEM.

People employed in policing swear under oath to "keep police information within the police department" as per the local or federal Police Acts (not "I swear to serve and protect" like television portrays).

After arresting so many people, incarcerating so many screaming people, encountering so many drivers smart mouthing off about a ticket, the people employed in policing begin to view the people in the community as the enemy.

If you had the illusion of power to throw people in a jail cell, and, you met up with someone who really annoyed you by "lipping" you off, would you be enticed to use your position to create a charge for that person? The answer is yes, this is human nature and it is instinctive of the human psyche.

The person working in the police department can not simply write up a ticket or charge you, because they are not sure of the criminal code sections. They can detain you and give you one hell of a rough time or contact their department for advice on a code to lay charges with you however.

Remember, if we take someone from a home and demand money for their release, it is called "kidnapping and extortion". If you are taken out of your home by the police and put into a holding cell, and told to call someone to give them money for your release, it is called "arrest and bail procedure".

The actions and trauma experienced are the exact same for the person, but, the view of people in law enforcement and the view of the people in the community is completely different.

People working in police departments barely know the laws, they are trained on procedure and policy, no different than a Wal Mart employee. In reality, the only difference between a person working as a clerk at Wal Mart and a person working as a police officer, is how they view their occupation and company.

People working in a police department know their job is not respected by a lot of people in the community. Why is it not respected? Mainly traffic enforcement. People despise being pulled over while driving their vehicle "minding their own business", to get a person in a uniform offering them a choice.

The choice offered is, "either pay your government this money for not being perfect on the road in my personal opinion, or, feel free to contest it in a court where my friend the judge will side with me anyways". People despise traffic enforcement, this is a reality everywhere across the globe.

People do not like being forced to pay money to the government just because another person claims they made a human error. People also hate the burden and responsibility of having to lose time and money to contest their innocence. People know that traffic law is not about safety, it is about MONEY.

The reality is simple, Road Rage is an issue caused primarily by speed limit laws, and secondary, by all remaining traffic enforcement laws. These operations force people to drive "15 km under" the "comfort zone" and force people to focus more on the dashboard than their windshield.

There is way too much opportunity for people working as employee's in a police department to cause mischief with people in the community for driving on the road, merely over suspicion. As we all know, and see daily, when there is a police car behind your vehicle, " you begin to worry".

Ask yourself, "Why do you begin to worry if the people in the police car behind are out to protect you?" The answer is, because they are not out there to protect you, they are out there to find a reason to write YOU a ticket and get more money from you.

Then next biggest problem with law enforcement is community interaction. People know that anytime people in policing come to them, the news is not good news. People do not appreciate being approached on a street to be questioned by people with guns, this as well demeans the respect of people in policing.

Once you get a simple ticket, or you have to contest a criminal charge, or if you have to battle in family court, or if you want to launch a civil lawsuit for wrongdoing by a member of law enforcement, the COST alone is burdensome financially. Which adds to the people's frustration with people in policing.

These costs, as well as the court procedures and processes, discourage normal people from standing up and defending their rights. And if they do, more often than not, they stand up for truth alone, as both the Defendant and as their own Legal Counsel.

In a planet where every country operates under the umbrella of governing bodies and laws (and let's not forget the "PRIVATE" handful of bankers who LEND the money to the government's of our world), the safest job in the world, is to be in prosecuting or defending people in legal action.

Law is a recession proof business. As long as there are laws and people, there will always be prosecutions. Therefore, the people who benefit the most financially from police actions, as we all know...are the private operating businessmen and women referred to in the community as "lawyers".
