People working in policing, working in the prosecution department, working in the correctional field, and, the people working in courthouses from clerks to judges; they all get paid by the country tax base. Lawyers however, generally get paid by people in their community directly.

Government transfer payments to the states and provinces are not an assurance that a lawyer who accepts a client on a legal aid or government funded basis will be paid in full. And for that matter, they are paid much, much, much less than they would by representing a secure paying client.

Lawyers operating as a government appointed representative may end up providing services " pro bono" (free) if, at the end of the fiscal year, the government department responsible for legal aid does not have the funds allocated to pay out the remainder of the service fee.

Therefore, lawyers are not going to give up their means of living and lifestyle for the purposes of goodwill. In other words, a person providing legal representation to a person without proper funding will only allocate the amount of time that they determine is reasonable to defend them.

The prosecutors and their witnesses are publicly funded and remunerated for their time in the court. Prosecutor's are awarded all the financial means to fully prosecute the accused. The person charged however, does not have access to full public funding for a full defense.

Simply put, your taxes pay people to prosecute you, and they will spare no expense to do so, but, to defend you, well, your tax donations mean nothing, you are on your own to fund a defense. Sound unfair? Of course it does and this is why law enforcement and justice fail all over the world.

There are some people who deserve to be charged and have the key thrown away. There are also people charged for disagreeing with the immorality of law, or for disrespecting those employed in policing. These are cases of selective and malicious prosecution, and it happens all too often across the globe.

The reality that a citizen faces when they are charged is monstrous.

Even if the person has access to large sums of money to finance a fully prepared defense, the challenges facing the person who is charged are political and adversarial by policy and politics.

People working in law enforcement and justice see each other daily.

During the time of employment in the field, many become friends, from the police, the guards, the crown prosecutors, the judges, the court staff in general. Every single day, they get to know each other and a natural bond begins to build.

“If the Hatfield’s family were to assault the McCoy’s family, would it be fair and realistic to request the Hatfield family be investigator, prosecutor and judge over the actions of their own family? Think!

People in similar business fields naturally attend similar events, and naturally build bonds with people associated to their network of business. Therefore, it is natural for people in law enforcement and justice to stand behind the people in their related field of employment.

As a society, we are trained early to have a pre-disposition of police and people who are charged. The mainstream media is a major fault for this perception. The media relies on information from the "so-called authorities" for news, and rarely, offer the community to hear the side of the accused.

Many media headlines over conflict between police and the citizenry is also politically sensationalized or desensitized to fit an agenda of keeping the people employed in police departments looking like the good guys, even when they kill people.

For example, when a person working for the police shoots a civilian, the report headline will be "Man DIES in fight with the police". However, on the flip side, if a general civilian wins the same battle, the report headline is "Man KILLS peace officer".

Did you notice the difference? When a general citizen is killed, they use the word "dies" to desensitize the murder, and, when a person working for the police is killed, they use the word "killed" for sensationalism, and this evidence of prejudice is a major fault of the mainstream media.

A question is begging to be asked. There are numerous serial murderers, today, who are confined in jails for killing mass civilians, and they seem to live on if they kill general people.  When a person kills another person in the police department, however, they almost always seem to commit suicide, ironic?

The media tells the public what they are told to tell us, without independent investigation, or, we all might be a little upset by the fact that people working in law enforcement and military are really the bad guys. Never forget the Waco, Texas incident where innocent women and children were killed for no reason.

And if you don't understand, and you still think what the media told you was right, take the time to check out this video on Google.

The government authorities investigating their own and learn the real truth of this mass murder in front of all too many reporters and witnesses. Truth still exists on the internet.

Many fire fighters at the scene of the Twin Tower destruction on 9/11 are still not being heard by the media. They are on the internet however, telling the world, "we were there, the buildings were brought down by controlled demolition using floor by floor detonations, not planes!".

However, the media still tells the world, exactly what THEY ARE BEING TOLD TO TELL THE WORLD.

Many of the injustices we experience as a community, in every country, are not being reported by the media or being resolved in a fair and impartially run courtroom.

Thanks to new recording technology, cell phones, video camera's and the internet, the global community is now capable of fighting back against injustice, and truth is beginning to win over the lies.
